A week of "Self Love".

Let's start a week of "Self Love".

We all get very busy in our life. Responsibilities, hard work and so on. Difficult to find time to stop and give ourselves some quality time, when you just pause, relax, no thoughts or worries.

Start your day with Love. Breathe Love and breathe out. Share love with others, it will make you happy.

Smile. Neurotransmitters called endorphins are released when you smile. Endorphins are responsible for making us feel happy, and they also help lower stress levels. Faking a smile or laugh works as well as the real thing—the brain doesn’t differentiate between real or fake as it interprets the positioning of the facial muscles in the same way. This is known as the facial feedback hypothesis. The more we stimulate our brain to release this chemical the more often we feel happier and relaxed. While the release of endorphins is increased, the stress hormone cortisol is reduced.Cortisol is more active when we feel stressed or anxious and contributes to the unpleasant feelings we experience, and by lowering it we can reduce these negative feelings. So keep smiling.

Take time out to calm your mind every day. Breathe in and out, clear your mind of your thoughts and just be.

Find time to meditate. Meditation has a very positive effect on our mind and body. Our book "The Holy Mother Mary is God" has a few very helpful and powerful meditations, plus our book is charged with Divine Love, which can help you on so many levels in your life.
